Payment Policy

At checkout

Checkout displays the available payment methods, transaction currency, product total, applicable taxes, and shipping charges. Processing begins after payment authorization.

If authorization fails

Review the billing information entered, or ask your payment provider about a decline or temporary hold. Verification may be required. We never ask you to email a full card number, security code, or account password. For store assistance, use Contact Us.

Refund payments

Once approved, a refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Additional posting time is controlled by the bank, issuer, or provider.
