Delivery has two separate steps: preparing your Manna Hydration order and transporting it to your address.

Before dispatch

Once payment is authorized, preparation normally takes 1–2 business days. This is not part of the travel estimate.

In transit

After dispatch, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Available service, destination, and shipping charges are presented at checkout. Carrier disruptions, weather, or an address issue may change timing.

Parcel questions

Check the address you enter at checkout. We provide tracking when available. For a delay, loss, damage, missing item, or a package marked delivered but not received, email edoqoli769@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and useful photographs.
