Listings and orders

We work to present drinkware accurately, but display colors and packaging can vary. An order is an offer to purchase and may be declined or limited because of inventory, payment, address, security, pricing, technical, or policy concerns. Checkout shows the applicable price, tax, shipping charge, and currency.

Delivery and aftercare

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. The Refund Policy covers eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges. Ask within 30 days after delivery, secure approval before mailing, and use the free prepaid label included in the package after approval. There is no restocking fee. An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; financial posting may take longer.
